This is my first year attending GenCon. I am considering the option of joining the FEPH for my game, or alternatively contracting a space to show it off. I'm not sure which version makes the most financial sense. The FEPH includes at least two GM badges, while the contracted space has the potential to earn one depending on play hours. In either case do the GM badges work all weekend even on days that you don't have any scheduled events or spaces?

The cost of a contracted 8' table (starting at $5 per sq ft per the event policy manual) seems to me to be the most economical option, assuming I earn the free badges, but am I wrong in thinking this?

I guess I should also mention that I am looking for an option to provide a free opportunity for guests to try out my game, which is why I am not looking at hosting an event.
