The e-ticket events that I am the GM for are not accessible through the Gencon App yet (as of 8/2, the screen is "rolling"). Is this normal or is there a problem? Have not seen this addressed elsewhere.
The events I am GMing have been in my app for a while now. I can view the events, see the ticket holders, message the ticket holders, etc. Scan page is ready, shows the 30minute note. I'm not sure what you mean by "rolling".
There was an app update when I opened it a few weeks back. Maybe you missed the update? Uninstall and reinstall?
