How late can 2021 Physical Events last into the night?

I remember reading that 2021 will not allow for all night gaming, which makes sense.  Is there guidance for event submission that says when an event has to end?   Is it midnight or some other time?

I'm guessing its a 4 hour window so they will probably be closed between 1-5 am.  But this is a guess.

Events will need to end by midnight so facilities can be closed up and sanitized overnight. They can start back up again as early as 8 am the next morning.

Aww that is a little longer being closed for cleaning than I was expecting.  Dang, I owe someone an apology for saying it would probably be so late that basically everything would be over anyway!  Just MOST everything would be over by then, haha.
