Where multiple events with the same name (e.g. multiple instances of the same game being run throughout the con) are included in a badgeholders wishlist, will only one ticket for that event be issued or would there be a risk of getting multiple tickets for the same game in different, non-clashing timeslots? How should we structure our wishlist if we want to maximise the chance of getting exactly one ticket for a game being run multiple times over the con?

Your wish list does not purchase tickets automatically. You will see what is available for you. You then have 2 hours to complete the purchasing of the events you want. Any event you do not purchase goes back into the pool of events. So you should list all the ones you want regardless of multiple instances to increase your chances of getting one.
