Badge for minor relative

My nephew is going to Gen Con with us, he is 10 but I would like to get him a badge for his birthday so we can do events together.  How did you get a badge for someone who doesn’t have an email or government ID? I sent a friend request to my sister but I think she set up the account wiht her name rather than mine which I think might cause problems.

My sister changed the name so that part is solved but what about the ID issue for kids at Will Call?

For children you just need to have them with you. We don't require ID for them.
If they are old enough a school ID will work in the case of a teenager.
