Can I redeem 2016 game tickets

This is my 2nd year going to gen con. I have quite. Bit of game tickets left over from last year. Is there a way I can get them redeem? Is there someone I can contact?

No.  You have turn in those tickets before the end of the con. 

Sorry but those tickets are now worthless.

Turn this year's extra tickets in Sunday for system credit minus (5 or 10%).  Or, use them for a different event this year first. Unused tickets for the current year can be used just like generics in another event, up to the amount you paid - but, no change is returned...

The fee is 5%. You may only refund tickets up until a half hour before the event starts.

Generics tickets may be refunded (for system credit only) up until 4:30pm, Sunday.

And good point about using event tickets as generics. :)

Yes sorry, those 2016 tickets expired at the end of the 2016 convention.
