Bug: Underlined Links Mess Up Quotes

If someone has used the editing tools to make a link and underline it, quoting that post makes extra blue boxes (like it was the author of a post).

Example
Source Post: http://www.gencon.com/forums/15-general-info-2016/topics/318-new-forums?page=2#4793
Quoted Result: http://www.gencon.com/forums/15-general-info-2016/topics/318-new-forums?page=2#4812

Underlined Link

Expected
The quoted underlined link would appear inline, like the rest of the text.
