I received my paper tickets with my badge, but i need to cancel some of my e-tickets since i can't make those events. I can't find them on the website! This website is very confusing and my profile page doesn't show my tickets. Where do i go to find them? How do i refund them?

Click on your name in the upper right corner (or select My Schedule on mobile) and then select Return Tickets.
