Welcome to the Trade Day Events page where you will find information about all the exciting things being offered at Trade Day 2025. This page will be updated throughout the year as we get updated information so come back often.

Trade Day Events

Event topics vary from year to year but all are geared towards professional development for the Trade Day audience. In 2024 a 115 events were hosted; There is something for everyone and at any stage in your learning and/or professional development.

Events being offered in 2025 won't be available for viewing until May. Here is a list of the all the 2024 events that were offered to give you a sense of what to expect. We will of course be offering a Keynote address and culminate the day with our popular Demo Night & Social Mixer (sponsored by Catan). Again, we'll have more specifics as we start to dive into 2025.

Key dates and time frames:

  • February 9: Badge Registration - Opens
  • May – Event Registration begins

Things to know:

  • All Trade Day events are free and are electronically ticketed. You must have a current Trade Day badge in order to attend any Trade Day event.
  • Search using the “TRD” event type for a list of all Trade Day events when Event Registration opens in May.
  • We highly encourage attendees to register for specific events through the Gen Con event registration system. Registering for Trade Day events helps the organizer and hosts plan for the event appropriately. A ticket ensures you will have a seat!


Trade Day Marketplace

Trade Day attendees will have first opportunity at some of the exciting products that can help in the classroom, library, therapy practices/sessions, and retailer stores at the Trade Day Marketplace. You will have lots of opportunites to meet 1-on-1, ask questions, demo and purchase games, and get your order(s) lined up.

A list of Marketplace exhibitors will be available in late spring and we'll announce them via the Trade Day newsletter too. Watch this space for updates!

Trade Day Marketplace is only accessible to attendees with a current Trade Day badge.
