Event Submission Deadline is March 26 Event submission closes on March 26. Any events submitted after that date are considered late and will be reviewed and placed at Gen Con's discretion once we have addressed events submitted on time.
Late events are unlikely to be ready in time for the start of event registration in May, so make sure to get your details in before the deadline.
Badge, Hotel, & Special Request Forms Don't forget to submit your GM badge allocation and hotel request forms, as appropriate. Those will be processed after events have been reviewed and activated.
If you need an HQ table or have any special requests for tables, unique layout, or any other special needs to want to confirm (including dedicated space), make sure to submit a special request form as well so we can properly track everything and make sure it is addressed.
Premier Event Groups Announced for 2017 The premier groups for 2017 have been announced and should have received details via email as well. For information on the program and the full list, join the thread in our GM forum.
Remember, if you are not getting these email notices, make sure you have signed up for the EO/GM email list.

I just submitted the third of three events a couple minutes after noon, EDT. Will that one be considered late? ;-)

You'll be fine :)
Thanks, Derek. How long will I be able to go in and tinker with the event writeup copy before it's locked in?
Depends on when we have a chance to review it, honestly.
You can edit it while it's In Progress or Submitted for Review. Otherwise it's locked and changes either need to be made manually by us or we send the events back to you, both of which should be avoided unless absolutely necessary.
So basically: make any updates as soon as you can.
Perfect. Will do. Thanks, Derek.
