Looking for ADA room on walkway, have JW Marriott in block
Posted by mhoram 8 years agoon 6/7/2016 at 2:22 AM

So, I broke my ankle, and I have been using a wheelchair, and will be for some time. I would love to have a room that is guaranteed to be accessible, but of course Q-rooms sold out the first day. Is there anyone out there who would give up an in-block ADA room (I'd love the Westin), and take my JW Marriott king room instead? Thanks!

If you do not get what you need, call the hotel the second the reservations get transferred over to them. They still might be able to help you.

And if you haven't, please call Q-rooms. Maybe they can get you on a waitlist or work some magic for you.

If you end up getting a new room and nobody needs yours, I would be interested

I know I saw an Omni ADA pop up yesterday and when I called they said there was a special way of booking it. Try calling the pass key number.

I called Q-rooms. They don't have a waitlist. And are you talking about the July 25 date for calling? I was planning to do so but trying to guarantee one if one came up before the 13th of this month.
Thanks.

I already have a taker for my room if I don't need it. Thanks, though.

Yeah, I've called them. I'll probably even call them again later.

Thanks.

I was suggesting you call Q-rooms now to see what they say.

But on July 25th (as soon as the rooms get transferred) call the hotel and see if there is anything they can do for you (if Q-rooms doesn't come through).

Sorry about your ankle, man.
