I've got a King Bed Studio Suite, Nonsmoking at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites on South Missouri Street, about 2 blocks away from the convention center, by the stadium.

It should fit 2-4 adults. It's $425/night (plus tax). It's a pretty nice hotel; we stayed there a few years ago.

It's reserved from August 3-August 8.

We can't make it to the con this year so I'm hoping someone else can make good use of it.

I'd take it in a second were it not for the price.

Yep. I always reserve the room immediately after Gencon every year through the hotel, not through the Gencon registration site (I'm never going to try to do that crappy lottery system again), so it's not at Con rates. However, when I get there, I simply ask the people at the desk to give me the con rate and they do so happily. I've never had a problem.
