I was able to snag a double queen room on cancellation day (5/28) at the Conrad. Looking for someone to split the cost

Rules of the game:
$700 for all 4 nights, due by 7/15
Non-refundable after 7/15
Pay through Paypal or Venmo
We meet on zoom to get know each other
No sex, drugs, drinking alcohol in the room
No other persons in the room besides me and you
Quiet time 10pm-6am (if you or I need to wake up early for an event or get in late, just be quiet and respectful)
Keep your half of the room and the bathroom tidy (put away items not actively being used, hang up towel, suitcase(s) put away, etc.)

2023 was the first time I roomed with a "rando" and these rules and arrangements made it a pleasant and safe experience for both of us. We were the best roommates. After initial check in, we didn't see each other the entire weekend as one of us was sleeping when the other was leaving/returning.
