High-Track B
Team: Awesome Name TBD
Players/ PCs:
1. Tom P. - L11 Dwarven OotA paladin of Morthammor Duin; Warden of the Deepshaes. Died in the line of duty but was revived by seelie fey. Missing an eye and mostly deaf. About 30% scar tissue by weight. Leans on the heavy iron staff he wields in combat. Family motto hidden in his tattoos, in memory of his fallen βthunder twinβ brother, scarified by elemental cultists. βThe Watcherβs eye be upon us.β
2. Alex P. - L11 Human Eldritch Knight. A Northlander-born noble with a rebellious streak. Savior of Parnast, Friend of Hartkiller (and all goodly giants), and β¦ βdespised by Talosβ (that should be fun for MOON12!). Recently a Tavern Hero at the Yawning Portal, and the adoptive mother of a halfling girl rescued from Undermountain - her in-game husband is now taking levels in the Full-time Dad subclass. Dual-wielding EK with a flair for theatrical combat, flinging fire and ice. βYour pride will be your fall.β
3. Mike Y. - L11 Human Grave Cleric. A wanderer from lands unknown, outwardly a follower of Kelemvor. Only his closes friends know his true goals. Views necromancy as a tool like any other - to be used and wielded wisely. Happy to heal those who still have purpose in the world. Happy to Blight those who have none. βThe Scribe knows your name.β
4. {You?]
5. {A buddy?}
6. {Your new GenCon BFF?}
*Had already connected with a fella named Brad/ DrMean on the forums, so if youβre in here, Brad, then hit us up!
Notes:
We want to play with similarly low-T3 folks who arenβt decked out in crazy items. We prefer maximum theatricality in our combat over maximum damage. The rules for improvised weapons come up in our games more often than most - KO'd a remorhaz with a thrown quarterstaff once :)
DM Preference:
Anyone who loves to describe the big skill check or the monsterβs epic critical with gritty visual detail. Yes, there are time constraints, but rest assured we will help in the verbal flourish department (obvi). Help us paint a picture, that we may know how to inspire the bards, or describe our many scars to a lovely someone. Huzzah!
We will clash with openly adversarial DMs, but will jive with a DM who is as much an active player in the tale as we are. Join us in the telling!
Whoa! Love this group already!
