I have several 4 hour events with 7 players.  Thought I'd expect to see 28 hours as the players hours but see the following:

"Player hours changed from 28.0 to 14.0"

Any insight on this?

1. Player hours are actually based on the Gen Con base price, so since there is an exception for that for Gen Con Online, it's going to be counted differently.
   
2. Player-hours aren't really relevant to Gen Con Online, since there are no badges or hotels to get reimbursement for.
