Small Seminar?

I am interested in running what I expect would be a small seminar, on how to get started in historical miniatures gaming.  What are the small end of seminar spaces like?  I have no idea whether anyone would be interested, but I’d think a 50 seat room would be optimistically large.  Are there 20-30 person spaces?
