I'm helping to host the Math (board game) Trade this year. We have "sold" 250+ of the 300 tickets but we only have 160+ participants on the Math Trade website. The trade closes in two weeks and we haven't heard from about 90 people.

Is there a way to get a list of who has tickets to an event? We'd like to remind them and instruct them on how to participate in a Math Trade.

FYI, a math trade uses a complex computer program to set up trading circles to create the most trades possible. You need to type in what you have then mark what you want. It is done on the computer about a week before the show so you can't just show up and expect to trade games.

You can view the names of people who have registered for your event by viewing the event details - the event organizer will have a list at the bottom of the page.

We can manually send an email to participants who are signed up for an event, but that is restricted only to messages that are absolutely essential for the operation of the event.

If you need to communicate with your players, you should include that information in the "message to registered players" when you submit your event and that will be emailed to them when they purchase a ticket. That is the only method of communication you should expect, which means you should plan your event to be able to accommodate players (whether they have a ticket or want to play with generics) that show up at your event without having done any pre-planning.

How that actually works will vary from event to event, but the easier you make it for attendees to participate in your event, the most successful it will be, of course.
