GM HQ hours for refund

What hours will the GM HQ be open on Wednesday and Thursday to take badges back for refunds?  And for people who have done it recently when is the line shortest?

GM is open 5 pm - 8 pm on Wednesday. It opens 7:30 am on Thursday and is open until 8 pm.

Wednesday will be pretty busy, so if you want a shorter line, I would recommend stopping by on Thursday morning.
