Going over player capacity with generics? or increase limit?

Hey folks, I'm sure this is printed somewhere but I couldn't find it.. I'm a little overwhelmed with information as a first time event host!

I'm teaching painting classes that have sold out on Thurs, Fri, and Sat....

Is it possible to increase the player limit officially through GenCon?

If I keep the limits where they are is it possible to accept a few extra painters with generics assuming I have supplies for them?  If I go that route, how to do get paid for the generics, take them to the GenCon HQ after the class?

Thanks for any advice...

Hi there,

First, contact [email protected] and request an increase there.  For many events, it's not a huge deal to add a table, but we do need to know about it.  For painting classes, it's not possible to add a table the way the room is set up, but you might not be at capacity for the area you are placed in, or  you might be able to be moved to a slightly larger area.  Or, perhaps you should run the event again at a different time.  Just contact [email protected].
