Is it best to create a one person Gaming Group?

I don't see any downsides to this - or any real complications...I am contemplating running an event that would generate about 300 hours.

Yes. Just submit your events under a group name and make the appropriate requests.

We don't have a minimum size or anything for gaming groups.
