Hotel Reimbursement Form?

I went to the Host page and clicked the link for the Hotel Reimbursement Form, but it says it is not available.  Is there some other location I should be looking?

Did you click on the GM Hotel Request Form? That's only for requesting a room in the GM block before the show, not for post-show reimbursement.

I've added a link to the GM Hotel Reimbursement Form to the Host page, so you should be able to fill that out now.

Let me know if you run into any other issues, though.
