Cancelled Events

When I logged in this morning, a couple of games we'd purchased tickets for are listed as cancelled on my schedule. I checked the FAQ but can't find out what happens now. Does Gen Con refund us? Or system credit? Or what? :)

One email I received for an event I purchased that got canceled said that if the event had physical tickets, you would need to return them at the con since the have been printed/shipped.

If the event was E-Tickets, they would refund it automatically. 

(My event in question was e-ticketed and was refunded without me needing to do anything)

Thanks! These are in-person events, but I didn't receive any emails about the cancellations. We'll plan to take the tix to the con.
