Know everyone is probably a bit busy, sent an email to customer service a few days ago with no response is there a better way to get ahold of someone ?

Their phones have been down since last friday. No way to reach them.

You will probably need to visit the Customer Service booth on-site at this point, unless one of the admins here knows an on-site phone number. You could also reach out via the official Twitter or Facebook pages.
