Hello. I have a press badge which I can not pick up until Thursday morning. But I have added new events and need to refund a couple events and wanted to know if I can do that Wednesday before I get my badge or will need to wait until after I get my Press badge.

Basically, can I pick up the new tickets I added after mine were mailed and/or return tickets with my ID before I get my badge?

You can definitely pickup tickets from Will Call without a badge (just need ID), but I'm not sure if a badge is needed to return tickets. Perhaps not since if you return someone else's tickets, the refund will go to them.
