I don't see a way to submit an On-Line event yet. Am I just missing it?
I don't think submissions are open for on-line yet, they're focused on getting Indy events sorted at the moment.

It opened on June 20th. Go to the Gen Con Online tab, then Host, then Submit an Event. Closes 17 July.
