Wish List Processing

This may not be particularly useful or something the developers want to share, but will wish lists be processed on a lottery like previous years or will they be processed first come first serve?

They're processed based on when folks submit them, so first-come, first-served, but with some external element of randomization in terms of click speed & server connection.
