He was in a booth - I would guess it was the Steve Jackson games booth - 1413:

Wouldn't getting a shirt signed completely ruin it, and leave you unable to wash it ever again?

For next year-check out the Munchkin Tavern schedule. He and /or Andrew H and/or Munchkin artists have times scheduled there to meet and greet and sign stuff. And special Munchkin Tavern bookmarks!
