I am looking for someone to take over my room so I can avoid the $50 cancellation fee.

I currently have Wed-Monday at the Wyndam West about 7 miles from the convention center.
$860 after fees and taxes, free parking.

I might be interested; want to find something closer for my wife and I.  We currently have the Clarion Hotel & Conference Center-Indy Waterfront Pkwy    2930 Waterfront Parkway (12 miles out); 2 Double Beds Wed, Thurs, Fri & Sat for only $119.  If we can find a take for that, I'd take over your reservation...

I think you're screwed. By now it's not a $50 cancellation fee, it's a single night's cost.
