How does he get to the ICC? How can he navigate the swarms of people and how does he play most if not all of the tabletop games?
How does he go into the exhibit hall or do registered events?
You know, I have seen gamers that are 100% blind at Gen Con. They put a hand on the shoulder of a friend and follow along, allowing the sighted person to lead the way and keep them from getting hurt. In games, the friends or other players or GM will help them in whatever they need -- because, when you think about it, RPGs are a ton of talking and describing.
