This went out via the FB page a couple of days ago and was confirmed by a mutual friend.

Long-time forum contributor and Gen Con attendee Sherilyn Daugherty passed away on October 3rd. She had been battling cancer for quite some time.

I only had the opportunity to game with her once during the giant Lego pirate game a few years back, and she was a hoot. She was also a big part of the community here on the forums.

Man that sucks big time...  I had fun chatting with her at the stinks.

Yes, she was a large part of these forums for many years, and she will be missed. Her funeral will be this Sunday in Columbus, Ohio; I'm sure any gamers who knew her are welcome to attend.  You can get full details on that, on Facebook.
