Hi folks!

Long time attendee with only a tiny bit of costume/cosplay experience.  I do not sew, but I can decorate and have a great eye for how to create a look with existing pieces.  I'm working on pulling together some really fun looks for this year.  I'm assuming that the costume contest is reserved for people who make their own (or at least a certain percentage), but I just wanted to make sure.  I'm usually not available during the parade, but I'm really proud of what I'm putting together and just wondered--how best to be seen?
