Whom do we contact to find missing credit for returned General Event tickets? I was told they would apply to this year, but nothing remains.

If you've already bought your badge for this year, the credit would have been applied there.

Didn't think about that.  Check your "My Transactions" page and see if they applied credit to your purchase.
