Email Subscription Issue

I used to receive GenCon emails, for about the first year I signed up. Now, nothing, my friends have to forward me their emails. I have the mailing list for GenCon checked, and have even tried unchwckiun it and checking it again. The emails are not in my spam folder and I get the email confirming when the site policy is changed and I agree to it, so the email is entered correctly. What do I need to do to get the mailing list to work again?
